The perfect Easter bonnet! This listing is for a c. 1940s "Carol Brent Classic" straw tilt hat. Carol Brent was a house label of the Montgomery Ward mail order company. This hat has the most fabulous shape and is meant to sit at a jaunty angle on the top of the head. It is darling! It has a ribbon trim and floral embellishment. The hat is in great condition but there are holes in the veil. has an attached elastic band.
Size: Hat measures approximately 9 inches x 7 inches. It is about 4 inches tall. It perches on the top of the head so can accommodate any head size.
Condition: Good vintage condition. There are holes in the netting but the hat is in otherwise very good condition. There is some light fraying to the ribbon trim at the end. (Please see photos).
