Antique Bisque or Parian Boy Figurine with BIrdcage and Bird, possibly German

My understanding is that this is likely a late 1800s German fine bisque or parian porcelain figurine, but I am not an expert. It features a boy with a bird and birdcage. It is in good, unbroken condition. However, it is a bit dirty, commensurate with age. There is a spot on the top of the head and a dark mark on one of the boy's cheeks. It is beautiful and would display well. I did not attempt to clean it.

Size: Figurine stands about 5.5 inches tall.

Condition: Good, antique condition. Sculpture is dirty, commensurate with age. I did not attempt to clean. I do not see any breaks or cracks. There is a white spot on the top of his head, maybe paint or an extremely fine chip? It doesn't look like a chip, however. There is a dark dirt mark on one cheek. Overall the sculpture looks very good.
